全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 262)
GB 150的本部分规定了压力容器受压元件用钢材允许使用的钢号及其标准，钢材的附加技术要求，钢材的使用范围（温度和压力）和许用应力。
本部分适用于设计温度-253 ℃～800 ℃、设计压力不大于35 MPa的压力容器。
本部分不适用的范围为：GB 150.1规定的不适用范围；制冷、造纸行业的容器，搪玻璃容器和简单压力容器；TSG R0004中1.4条所规定的范围。
