本标准规定了混凝土输水管外观质量、几何尺寸、水压、外压荷载、混凝土强度、保护层砂浆抗压强度、保护层砂浆吸水率、管子接头相对转角等项目的试验方法。
本标准适用于自应力混凝土管（以下用SCP表示）、一阶段预应力混凝土管（以下用YYG表示）、三阶段预应力混凝土管（以下用 SYG表示）、预应力钢筒混凝土管（以下用PCCP表示）、无粘结预应力混凝土管（以下用UPCP表示）和顶进施工法用钢筒混凝土管（以下用JCCP表示）等六种混凝土输水管。
