本部分适用于民用机场、铁路旅客车站、公共交通车站、购物场所、医疗场所、运动场所、宾馆饭店、公园景点、停车场和街区等公共场所中公共信息导向系统的设置。
本部分不适用于应急导向系统和道路交通导向系统的设置，也不适用于以电子显示屏为主构成的动态信息系统的设置。
