GB/T 16462的本部分规定了数控车床和车削中心的机床结构和定位系统热变形的评定。
本部分适用于线性轴行程至2 000 mm的数控车床和车削中心。线性轴行程大于2 000 mm的数控车床和车削中心也可参照使用。
本部分规定了三种检验方式，分别为：
——环境温度变化误差检验；
——由主轴旋转引起的热变形检验；
——由线性轴移动引起的热变形检验。
应当注意，对于本部分所描述的检验没有给出具体公差数值。
