1.1 本标准规定了如液体一样可以按重力或压力装卸的气体、液体及干散货罐式集装箱的技术要求和试验方法。此类集装箱适用于公路、铁路和水上运输以及这些运输方式之间的联运。
1.2 除另有说明者外本标准所列的要求是最低限度的要求。用于运输危险货物的罐式集装箱还应符合有关主管部门所制定的国际和国内运输的规定。
1.3 本标准适用于表1所列的各类集装箱。
