本标准规定了奶牛场的环境与设施、动物卫生条件、奶牛引进要求、饲养卫生、饲养管理、工作人员的健康与卫生、挤奶卫生、鲜奶盛装、贮藏及运输的卫生、免疫与消毒和监测、净化的要求。
本标准适用于所有奶牛饲养场及其所饲养的奶牛。其他奶牛饲养户(点)参照执行。
