GB/T 1687的本部分规定了硫化橡胶在恒应变振幅压缩屈挠试验中温升和耐疲劳性能的测定方法。本部分描述的屈挠试验机是古德里奇屈挠试验机，也可使用与其性能相当的其他设备。
本部分适用于预测橡胶制品(如轮胎、橡胶轴承、橡胶支座、V形带和绳轮插入环等)在受到动态屈挠时的耐久性能。然而，由于橡胶制品使用条件的差异较大，不能假定其使用特性与本部分描述的加速疲劳试验存在简单的相关性。
本部分不适用于硬度85 IRHD以上的硫化橡胶。
