本标准适用于平时功能为旅馆（招待所、宾馆等）、商场、舞厅（含游艺厅、音乐茶座、多功能厅等）、影剧院（含音乐厅、录像厅、会堂等）、餐厅、医院及游泳馆等7类人防工程，其他用途人防工程参照我国相关的公共场所卫生标准执行。
