1.1 本标准规定了用配置在扫描电镜上的X射线能谱仪对黄金制品化学成分进行无损定量分析的方法和技术要求。
1.2 本标准适用于各种纯金制品和K金制品化学成分的测定，也适用于各种镀金、包金、锻压金等制品表面含金层厚度为0.2 μm以上，3 μm以下的表面层化学成分无损测定。
1.3 本标准适用于黄金制品中质量分数在0.1%～100%的元素定量分析。本标准也适用于配置在电子探针分析仪上的X射线能谱仪对黄金制品的分析。
