本标准适用于以氨基酸类、糖类、有机酸类、腐植酸类、黄腐植酸类中的一种或多种可水溶的含碳有机营养成分为主体，按植物生长所需添加适量氮、磷、钾大量元素及微量元素而制成的液体或固体含有机质叶面肥料。
