本标准适用于提高球墨铸铁管和管件的水力特性（与无内衬球墨铸铁管和管件相比)和防腐性能的内衬，还给出了非满流自流污水管线内衬的特殊要求。
本标准还适用于输送特殊腐蚀性液体的内衬，这时可以单独采用或组合采用以下方法:
——增加内衬厚度；
——改变水泥类型；
——内衬表面涂覆涂层。
