本部分适用于传输横电磁波(TEM)的半柔同轴电缆组件。
注1:对于本部分，总是把一个电缆组件视为一个整体单元。所有规定只适用于成品组件而不适用于单个和未组装成套的零部件。
注2:本部分应由详细规范补充，详细规范应规定具体应用所需附加的详细内容，针对具体应用不必要求进行所有的试验。
