本标准第一法适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、复合预混合饲料、维生素预混合饲料中维生素D3的测定，定量限为12.5 μg/kg（500 IU/kg）。
本标准第二法适用于维生素预混合饲料中维生素D3的测定，定量限为125 mg/kg（5×106 IU／kg）。
