本标准适用于母材厚度为1.5 mm～20.0 mm的钢及有色金属材料制成的气瓶对接焊缝X射线数字成像检测。
本标准规定的射线检测技术为AB级——中等灵敏度技术。
本标准可作为其他设备的对接焊缝X射线数字成像检测参考。
