GB/T 17948.1的本部分规定了交流或直流旋转电机应用的或准备应用的散绕绕组绝缘结构热评定与分级的试验规程。待评绝缘结构试验性能与已被运行经验证明的基准绝缘结构试验性能相比较。GB/T 17948.7-2016描述了旋转电机绝缘结构耐热性试验的基本试验原则。除本部分另有规定外，遵循GB/T 17948.7-2016的原则执行。
