本标准规定了鲜海水鱼的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标签、标志、包装、运输和储存。

本标准适用于捕获后未经加工处理的鲜海水鱼、冰鲜海水鱼和去内脏且未做其他处理的鲜海水鱼，仅去鱼鳞、去头、去内脏且未做其他处理的鲜海水鱼也可参照执行。
