本标准规定了生活锅炉经济运行的定义、基本要求、运行分级、技术指标、监测方法与考核。
本标准适用于以煤、油、气为燃料，以水为介质的固定式额定工作压力小于或等于1.0 MPa且额定蒸发量小于1 t/h的蒸汽锅炉或额定热功率小于0.7 MW的承压热水锅炉和常压热水锅炉。
本标准不适用于有机热载体炉、热风炉、余热锅炉及电加热锅炉。
