本部分适用于车载驱动系统的最大工作电压是B级电压的电动汽车。电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车可参照执行。
本部分不适用于非道路车辆，例如物料搬运车和叉车。
本部分不适用于指导电动汽车的装配、维护和修理。机电飞轮(车辆)不在本部分范围内。
