本标准规定了港口起重机（以下简称起重机）订购时购买方（以下简称需方）应准备并应向起重机生产厂商（以下简称供方）提供的文件，以及供方交货验收时应提交的文件的内容与样式。
本标准适用于岸边集装箱起重机、桥式抓斗卸船机、轮胎式集装箱门式起重机、港口门座起重机产品供需方使用。其他港口起重机也可参照执行。
