本部分适用于以聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为主要原料, 经挤出成型的市政工程、公共建筑室外、住宅小区的埋地排污、排水、埋地无压农田灌溉用管材，以及公称压力小于或等于0.2 MPa的农田灌溉工程用管材。
