GB/T 19068.1的本部分规定了小型风力发电机组（以下简称“机组”)的术语和定义、技术要求、文件要求、涂漆、标志、包装、试验方法、检验规则以及产品的售后服务。

本部分适用于风轮扫掠面积不大于200 m2，产生的电压低于交流1 000 V或直流1 500 V的并网或离网应用的小型水平轴风力发电机组。
