GB/T 19115的本部分规定了风光互补发电系统（以下简称系统)的定义、术语、分类、基本参数、技术要求、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存等。
本部分适用于风力发电和光伏混合的离网型与并网型系统，风轮扫掠面积小于200 m2且输出电压低于1 000 V交流或1 500 V直流的风力发电系统或其风光互补发电系统。
