本标准规定了低气压汞蒸气放电紫外线杀菌灯(以下简称“灯”)的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于采用石英玻璃生产的有臭氧或无臭氧，紫外辐射峰值波长为253.7 nm的双端、单端或自镇流灯。
本标准适用于功率为65 W以下的灯。
