本部分仅考虑因小艇操纵而作用在舵上的压力载荷。因搁浅或进坞引起的作用在舵或挂舵柱（若安装）上的载荷需要单独考虑。
注： 本部分得出的构件尺寸主要适用于休闲小艇，包括租赁小艇。
