GB/T 19408的本部分给出了牵引架的技术要求，此牵引架连接于装配有 ISO 56922 和 ISO 8755 所定义的 40 号 U 型钩的农用牵引挂车、非平衡挂车和农具上。
农业车辆或挂车上A、B 或 C 三种牵引形式中之一的安装形式由厂家或使用者自定。三种形式要具有互换性。
