本标准规定了水（地）源热泵机组（以下简称“机组”）的术语和定义、型式和基本参数、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以电动机械压缩式制冷系统，以循环流动于地埋管中的水或水井、湖泊、河流、海洋中的水或生活污水及工业废水或共用管路中的水为冷（热）源的水源热泵机组。
