本标准规定了地热电站接入电力系统的有功功率、无功容量、电压控制、运行适应性、电能质量、电压等级及接线方式、继电保护及安全自动装置、调度自动化、通信系统等技术要求。
本标准适用于通过35 kV及以上电压等级线路与电力系统连接的新（改、扩）建地热电站。
通过其他电压等级与电力系统连接的地热电站，可参照执行。
