GB/T 20139的本部分规定了已确定等级的电气绝缘系统（EIS）组分调整后耐热性评定所需的试验规程。
本部分适用于使用散绕绕组电气装置的EIS。
本部分的试验规程是对比待评绝缘系统与基准绝缘系统的性能。根据IEC 60505 基准绝缘系统应具有已证明的运行经验，或根据IEC 61857系列标准中的一个试验规程对其已经进行过评定。
