GB/T 20139的本部分规定了已确定等级的电气绝缘系统（EIS）组分调整后耐热性评定所需的试验规程。

本部分适用于使用成型绕组电气装置的EIS。

本部分的试验规程通过比较待评绝缘系统与基准绝缘系统的性能来确定。所选用的基准绝缘系统应具有符合IEC 60505规定的性能及运行经验，或已按照GB/T 11021-2014和IEC 600341831:2012所规定的程序进行评价。
