本标准适用于以铈基稀土化合物为原料，经化学法加工制得具有特定物相和一定抛光性能的粉末状产品，主要用于电视、电脑等显示器及显示屏的玻璃基板、光学玻璃元件、玻璃眼镜片、集成电路基板、玛瑙、水晶、玉石、石英等的表面抛光处理。
