本标准适用于石油天然气工业领域管道系统，满足GB/T 24259《石油天然气工业〓管道输送系统》要求的球阀、止回阀、闸阀和旋塞阀。
本标准不适用于海底管道阀门。本标准不适用于额定压力值超过PN 420(Class 2500)的阀门。
附录A提供的订购指南有助于买方确定阀门的类型和确定阀门的特殊要求。
