全国家用电器标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 46)
本标准规定了家用和类似用途的储水式电热水器（以下简称热水器）的产品分类、结构要求、性能要求、试验方法、制造和生产试验、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准所涉及的热水器的安全性能应符合 GB 4706.1《家用和类似用途电器的安全 通用要求》、GB 4706.12《家用和类似用途电器的安全 储水式热水器的特殊要求》的要求。
采用其他辅助能源的电热水器，也应符合本标准。
