本标准规定了静止无功补偿装置（SVC)的现场试验及交接原则. 
本标准不包括SVC系统组成部分的工厂试验及仿真试验.
SVC内部设备的现场试验、SVC子系统的现场试验及SVC全系统的现场交接应由供应商完成,SVC全系统的现场验收应由用户或双方协议进行.
本标准适用于采用晶闸管技术、应用在中压（MV)及以上输配电系统及工业环境中的SVC.
