本标准规定了LNG工厂在选址、设计、施工、安保、操作和维护方面的消防、安全和相关要求。
本标准适用于天然气液化设施,液化天然气(LNG)储存、气化、转运和装卸设施,LNG方面的人员培训,所有LNG设施设计、选址、施工、维护和操作。
本标准不适用于冻土地下储罐、在建筑物内存放或使用的可移动储罐、所有LNG车辆包括LNG车加注。
