本标准规定了油气井射孔器地面条件下混凝土靶射孔试验、高温常压钢靶射孔试验、模拟井射孔试验(适用于一次下井爆炸品药量不大于1.8 kg的射孔器的试验);射孔弹应力条件下贝雷砂岩靶射孔试验、模拟井底条件下射孔孔眼流动特性试验、地面穿钢靶射孔试验；射孔枪耐温耐压试验。
本标准适用于油气井射孔器、射孔弹、射孔枪的试验。
