本标准规定了烟花爆竹储存运输安全性能检验的检验项目、检验方法和检验结果的评定。
本标准适用于烟花爆竹储存运输过程中的安全性能检验,用于下列情况下的储存运输安全性能评价：
——新产品投产前的型式试验；
——对长期生产的产品进行定期或不定期的抽查；
——其他有必要时。
本标准不适用于下列任何一种情况下的安全性能评价：
——用空运方式运输的产品；
——处在生产过程中的半成品；
——因受静电或电磁场影响的产品。
