本标准规定了火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定盐产品中微量铜离子的测定方法。
本标准适用于食用盐、工业盐、低钠盐、强化营养盐、肠衣盐、氯化钾、氯化镁、硫酸镁及硫酸钠中微量铜离子的测定。
 本方法的检测范围是:0.02 mg/kg～2.0 mg/kg;检出限为:0.02 mg/kg。
