本标准规定了发电电动机及其附属设备的总体技术要求、供货范围、工厂及现场试验以及试运行的要求。
本标准适用于与水泵水轮机直接连接、额定容量为100 MVA及以上的三相、50 Hz、可逆式凸极同步发电电动机(以下简称发电电动机)。额定容量小于100 MVA的机组或频率为60 Hz的机组可参照执行。
