本部分适用于铝及铝合金中铈、镧、钪含量的测定，铝及铝合金中铝对铈、镧、钪的测定有干扰，采取在工作曲线中加入等量的铝消除干扰，铈、镧、钪三种元素相互不干扰，其他共存元素均不干扰测定。测定范围：铈：0.005%~0.90%，镧：0.005%~0.50%，钪：0.000 2%~0.50%。
