本标准规定了工业机械电气、电子设备及系统（以下可简称为“设备”）的通用抗扰度要求，给出了包括在连续、暂态、传导和辐射骚扰以及在静电放电情况下工作的有关设备的抗扰度试验要求。
本标准适用于还没有专用的产品或产品类抗扰度标准的工业机械电气、电子设备及系统或电气设备及系统的部件，其额定电压不超过AC 1 000 V、DC 1 500 V及额定频率不超过200 Hz。
