全国智能运输系统标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 268)
本标准规定了公路地理信息采集的技术指标、采集内容和方法、数据属性结构、质量控制和成果验收等要求，同时也规定了使用移动道路测量技术采集公路地理信息的作业流程。
本标准适用于建立各级公路地理信息数据库及相关地理信息系统时，对公路工程建设的基础地理信息的采集、处理与交换;适用于1∶10 000、1∶50 000、1∶100 000、1∶250 000国道、省道和县道的数据采集与更新。乡道及专用公路数据采集、1∶5 000公路数据采集与更新也可参照执行。
