全国照明电器标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 224)
本标准规定了IEC关于同型号的灯头/灯座的标准化方面的原则，给出了指导新型同型号的灯头/灯座合理实行标准化方面的原则。随着GB/T 6935.1—1997的发行，为了评估它们对IEC第34技术委员会（灯及相关设备）的现行标准的影响作用，已开始了调查研究工作。
按照IEC 104导则中将IEC的报告转变成基础安全标准的决定， GB 7000.1—2002第11章中给出了“爬电距离和电气间隙”的要求。
基础安全标准GB/T 6935.1—1997在基本原理上与以前的IEC 报告相一致，但进行了编辑加工。
