本标准规定了烟叶叶片中含梗率的术语和定义，以及烟叶叶片的抽样和叶中含梗率的测定方法。
本标准适用于烤烟、白肋烟等打叶或手工撕叶后的烟叶。
注: 本标准也适用于晾晒烟、雪茄烟等。不同类型的烟叶所需的叶梗分离气流速度不同，可通过校准盘调整风分箱中的气流速度，见附录A。
