本标准规定了50 Hz或60 Hz单速三相笼型感应电动机起动性能的8种设计参数。电动机应符合IEC 600341标准，且

●〓额定电压不超过1 000 V；

●〓直接起动或星三角起动；

●〓基于S1工作制；

●〓可具有任一种防护等级和防爆等级。

本标准也适用于在两种电压下磁饱和程度相同的双电压电动机。

本标准给出的转矩值、视在功率值和电流值是限值（最小或最大值，无容差）。
