本标准适用于按ISO 3183、GB/T 9711和API Spec 5L等标准生产的石油、天然气输送管用厚度为6 mm～50 mm的宽厚钢板（以下简称钢板），其他流体输送焊管用宽厚钢板也可参考本标准。
