本标准规定了玻璃纤维增强塑料顶管的术语和定义、分类和标记、原材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存、出厂证明书和技术文件。
本标准适用于公称直径为100 mm～4 000 mm、压力等级为0.1 MPa～3.2 MPa、环刚度等级为20 000 N/m2及以上的顶进施工法用玻璃纤维增强塑料顶管(以下简称GRP顶管)，介质最高温度不超过50 ℃。
公称直径、压力等级不在本标准规定范围内的GRP顶管也可参照使用。
