本部分适用于具有两轴的充气轮胎拖拉机，其前轴和后轴最低点的离地间隙不大于600 mm；对前轮或后轮装有最大尺寸轮胎的，无论轮距是固定的或可调的，拖拉机最小轮距均不大于1 150 mm；拖拉机不带配重质量（包括防护装置和生产厂家提供的最大轮胎）大于400 kg，小于3 500 kg。质量比不超过1.75。最大使用质量不超过5 250 kg。
