本部分适用于具有两轴的充气轮胎拖拉机其前轴和后轴最低点的离地间隙不大于 600 mm；对前轮或后轮装有最大尺寸轮胎的无论轮距是固定的或可调的拖拉机最小轮距均不大于 1 150 mm；拖拉机不带配重质量(包括防护装置和生产厂家提供的最大轮胎)大于400 kg小于 3 500 kg。质量比不超过1.75。最大使用质量不超过5 250 kg。
