本标准规定了电子数显内径千分尺的术语和定义﹑型式与基本参数﹑要求﹑检验方法、试验方法、标志与包装。

本标准适用于分辨力为0.001 mm，量程小于或等于100 mm，测量范围上限至1 000 mm的电子数显内径千分尺。测量范围1 000 mm~6 000 mm的A型电子数显内径千分尺参见附录A。
