GB/T 22108的本部分规定了按GB/T 22108.1气动压缩空气过滤器在商务文件中包含的主要特性进行测试的测试项目、测试装置、测试程序以及测试结果报告的方法。
本部分的目的是：
——将测试方法和测试数据表达方式标准化，从而使气动压缩空气过滤器的性能对比简单明了；
——有助于在气动系统中对气动压缩过滤器的合理使用。
本部分规定的测试项目，是为了在不同类型的气动压缩空气过滤器之间进行对比，而并非针对每件制造的过滤器都进行生产性检验。
